A stunning foliage plant for the garden. Leaves emerge a frosty blue with a contrasting bright yellow margin which lightens to a creamy white during summer. Light lavender flowers appear in mid to late summer above the mound forming foliage. Foliage will die down in autumn and it is hardy.
